Another Person With an Incredible Gift

Once again, someone with an amazing gift! The picture below is of Ava wearing a hat that Jolene, a coworker and friend of mine made. All I did was show her a picture and "poof."

Okay, so here I am with all of these people around me with incredible God given gifts. This one was made to fit her next winter so, if anyone wants one for next winter, let me know. I am sure she can make one in any color and size for you.

Ava is 5 months old!

Were does the time go? Ava is 5 months old and has changed so much. She is squealing and laughing, drooling and chewing and so much more. This is her in the exersaucer for the first time. Look at those blue eyes. Still no sign of changing.

Hillary and Jesse Get Married

Our first babysitter other than family, Hillary, got married to her high school sweetheart, Jesse. The boys were in the wedding. Jacob was the candle lighter and Zachary was the ring bearer. Oh, and somehow I was asked to serve as coordinator. Maybe since about half of the wedding party were students of mine when I taught high school, they thought they would listen to me. Hillary is like family and as Jacob said last night on the way home, "Hillary is married and I am so happy. But why am I crying? I have so many memories with her." What a sweet boy he is! We all have so many memories that started 6 years ago with Hillary and Jesse. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!

Paint Ball

Jacob and his friend Alex Brooks celebrated their birthday with a joint Paint Ball Party at Off Limits Paint Ball. They had a blast. Even Victor played and re-injured his heel. He will have to have surgery March 19th to repair a partial tear to his Achilles.

Jacob the Scientist

Jacob won 1st place in the Regional Science Fair - We will travel to Baton Rouge for the State Fair April 6th. Good Luck Jacob! We are so proud of you.
